2 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. vinegar
2 c. catsup
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. water

Mix meat and water. Add vinegar and remainder of ingredients. Simmer 1 hour.
