2 lbs. ground beef
2/3 c. water
1/4 c. chopped onion
4 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. catsup (NOT BROOKS)
2 tsp. vinegar

Mix ground beef (do not brown) and water; stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour. Remember, do not brown ground beef!
