IMPOSSIBLE QUICHE 
12 slices bacon, crisply fried & crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
2 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion evenly over bottom of pie plate. Pour milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper in blender. Cover and blend on high speed 1 minute. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50-55 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Serves 6.
