12 slices bacon, crispy, crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Lightly grease 9" or 10" pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, onion over bottom. Place other ingredients in blender, blend 1 minute. Pour over bacon. Bake 50 to 55 minutes at 350 degrees or until knife comes out clear.
