SEAFOOD SUPREME 
2 1/2 lbs. seafood
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. Chablis or any white wine
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 c. flour
1 1/3 c. half and half
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. tomato sauce
Pepper to taste
1/2 c. whipping cream, opt.

Saute seafood in butter. Add pepper, onions, mushrooms, wine and parsley. Simmer until mushrooms are cooked and liquid reduced. Remove from heat and sprinkle with flour. Return to heat and stir well. Add other ingredients. Heat through and serve. Can also be put in a casserole dish over vegetables. Simmer and add remainder of ingredients. Heat in oven. Serve with rice or noodles.
