NACHOS SUPREME 
1/2 lb. Mexican Velveeta, cubed
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
8 c. tortilla chips
1 avocado, chopped
1 med. tomato, chopped
1/4 c. green onion slices

Combine Velveeta, sour cream and hot sauce; stir over low heat until Velveeta is melted. On serving platter, layer half of chips, cheese mix, avocado, tomatoes and onions; repeat layers.
