LEMON MERINGUE PIE | |
9 inch pie crust 3 egg whites 1 pkg. My T Fine lemon pie filling 1/2 lemon, squeezed plus enough water to make 2 cups Use fork to make holes in pie crust. Use 3 egg whites to make meringue. Follow directions on box of pie filling. Step 1 calls for 2 cups of water; before measuring water squeeze half of lemon and then add water to make the 2 cups. Place in a pan of water and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean. |
