TOSTADA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 1/2 c. corn chips
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can refried beans
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar

In skillet, brown meat. Add 1 1/2 cups of the tomato sauce and the taco seasoning, stirring to mix well.

Line the bottom of an 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4 inch baking dish with 2 cups of the corn chips and set aside.

Spoon meat mixture over corn chips in baking dish.

Combine the remaining tomato sauce and refried beans; spread over the meat mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and crushed corn chips. Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
