TOSTADA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 env. taco seasoning mix
15 oz. refried beans
8 oz. tomato sauce
2 1/2 c. corn chips
8-12 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Brown ground beef; add 1/2 cup tomato sauce and taco mix; blend well. Line bottom of 8 inch square baking dish with 2 cups corn chips, coarsely crushed. Crush remaining chips. Set aside.

Combine remaining tomato sauce and beans. Spread meat over chips, then some of the cheese, then bean mixture. Bake at 375 degrees about 25 minutes. Sprinkle shredded cheese and 1/2 cup reserved corn chips on top, bake 5 minutes. Serves 6.
