1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. onion, minced
6 c. corn chips, crushed coarsely
4 to 5 slices Velveeta thick cheese
Sour cream
Guacamole
Picante sauce or taco sauce
2 c. shredded lettuce

Brown beef, garlic and onion, drain. Place corn chips in 8x8x2 inch baking dish. Spoon over meat mixture. Top with cheese triangles. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees preheated oven until heated through, approximately 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Drizzle with picante/taco sauce and sprinkle with lettuce. Pass additional sauce, guacamole and sour cream.
