These are delicious -- the dipping sauce sounds somewhat odd, but it is very addicting! I did think the 2 tablespoons of Ranch mix on the fries made them too salty for my tastes, and so, whittled it down to just 1 tablespoon. However, if you decide to do the same, be sure to remove the extra tablespoon of mix from the packet regardless, or your DIP could end up being too salty if what remains in the packet is simply added in. 1 (26 oz.) pkg. frozen French fries 1 env. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch Dip Mix, divided 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup Heinz Ketchup Arrange French fries in a single layer in a greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons dip mix; toss lightly to coat. Bake at 450°F for 15-20 minutes, or until fries are lightly browned. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, and remaining dip mix. Serve with hot fries. Makes 6 servings. Submitted by: Carol |
