These are delicious -- the dipping sauce sounds somewhat odd, but it is very addicting! I did think the 2 tablespoons of Ranch mix on the fries made them too salty for my tastes, and so, whittled it down to just 1 tablespoon. However, if you decide to do the same, be sure to remove the extra tablespoon of mix from the packet regardless, or your DIP could end up being too salty if what remains in the packet is simply added in.
