AVOCADO SOUP 
2 lg. avocados, peeled and diced
3 c. chicken broth (use College Inn canned)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
4 c. light cream
Chopped chives and paprika for garnish

Put avocados, garlic and a little chicken broth in food processor and process until smooth. In bowl put avocado mixture and add chicken broth while beating. When well mixed, add cream while beating. Chill well. Serve with chopped chives and paprika on top.
