CREAM OF AVOCADO SOUP 
1 lg. avocado, peeled, seeded & sliced
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 clove garlic, sliced
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce (or to taste)
1 1/2 c. crushed ice
1/2 c. cream

Blend well in blender. Serve cold garnished with chives or parsley.
