SPINACH DIP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper

Combine above and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill at least 2 hours. Before serving, swirl in blender for smoother dip if desired. Serve with raw vegetables or wheat crackers.
