FRENCH BREAD SPINACH DIP 
1 to 2 loaves round French bread
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
1 pkg. vegetable soup mix
2 tbsp. green onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed

Hollow out one of French breads. (Save center for dipping.) Mix all other ingredients together, pour into center of bread. Cut all remaining bread into pieces for dipping. Refrigerate the night before.
