CRAWFISH JAMBALAYA | |
1 can Campbell's beef broth 1 med. onion, chopped 1 med. bell pepper, chopped 1 jalapeno pepper 1 stick butter, melted 1 lb. crawfish tails 2 1/2 c. raw rice 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce Mix all this together in an 8-10 cups Hitachi rice cooker. After it cuts off let warm for 30 minutes before serving. |
