RISSOTTO 
6 c. chicken broth
3 c. rice
3 scrambled eggs
1/4 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. spaghetti sauce with bits of sausage and pork

Bring broth to a boil. Add rice slowly and stir. Cook covered until rice starts to thicken. About 10 minutes. Add sauce and continue cooking another 10 minutes.

Add eggs with grated cheese. Stir quickly. Remove from heat. Takes about 20 minutes. Serve warm and top with more cheese if desired.
