GERI'S GRANOLA | |
2 1/2 lb. oatmeal 1 1/2 c. coconut 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. salt 4 c. your choice: nut meats (chopped), sunflower seeds, wheat germ, dried fruit (add dried fruit after baking granola) Mix: 2/3 c. water 1 tbsp. vanilla 2/3 c. honey Toss onto oatmeal mixture mixing well. Bake in large pan 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325 degrees, stirring often. Cool. Store in airtight container. |
