BREAKFAST - GRANOLA 
3 c. oatmeal
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. raisins

Mix together all ingredients, except raisins, in 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, stirring 3 or 4 times during baking.

Remove pan. Add raisins. Cool thoroughly.

For sugarless version, substitute unsweetened coconut (available in health food stores) for regular coconut and 1/4 cup apple juice concentrate for honey.

Great on top of yogurt or ice cream, too. Makes 12 (1/2 cup) servings.
