GRANOLA BARS 
4-5 c. oatmeal
1 c. walnuts
3/4 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. almonds
1/2 c. pecans
1/3 c. sesame seeds
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. oil
2/3 c. water
1/2 c. honey
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon

You can vary the amounts of dry ingredients, just so you end up with 9 1/2 cups. Mix honey, water, oil and brown sugar in pan and heat for 2-3 minutes. Add to dry ingredients. Press into buttered pans. It's quite sticky, so it's best to dip your hands in cold water from time to time. I use one cookie sheet and one 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 300 degrees until golden brown.
