FLAN 
STEP 1:

Pour water into a 14 x 11 pan until 1/4 full. Set aside.

STEP 2:
3/4 c. sugar

Heat sugar in heavy pot over medium heat. Stir continuously with wooden spoon. Stir until sugar completely dissolves and turns caramel color. Quickly pour into 12 x 8 Pyrex pan. Syrup should cover bottom of pan. Place Pyrex pan into pan with water.

STEP 3:
6 eggs
1 (12 oz.) can of evaporated milk
1 (14 oz.) can of sweetened condensed milk
12 oz. of homogenized milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine remaining ingredients into medium size bowl. Mix at low speed until smooth. Pour into caramel prepared pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool. Then refrigerate.
