SKI BREAD 
2 c. brown sugar
1 qt. buttermilk
1 1/3 c. white flour
4 c. whole wheat flour
4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Mix dry ingredients. Add buttermilk. Mix together. Pour in 2 greased loaf pans. Preheat oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Take out when sides pull away or insert a toothpick and have it comes out clean. Serve alone, with soup, or with salami and Cheddar cheese.
