10 potatoes
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 c. oil

Slice potatoes lengthwise, 1/8 inch approximately (do not peel). Grease two cookie sheets. Sprinkle seasoning salt on top of oil. Arrange potatoes on cookie sheets. Sprinkle remainder of seasoning salt on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until desired crispness.
