1 lb. ground beef 1 c. cooked rice 1 lg. onion Salt Pepper 1 can ranch style beans In large skillet brown seasoned (salt and pepper) meat and chopped onions. Drain meat. Add cooked rice and ranch style beans. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. For added flavor, try adding barbecue sauce or catsup. |
