CHOCOLATE PUDDING DESSERT 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix and spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Blend cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over cooled crust. Mix 2 regular size packages instant chocolate pudding according to directions. Pour over cream cheese layer and top with Cool Whip and nuts or shaved chocolate bar.
