ELLY'S BEEF TIPS | |
2 lb. lean beef tips 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed French onion soup 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup 1 can (8 oz.) mushrooms, undrained Do not dilute any of the soups. Brown beef in small amount of oil. Combine all ingredients in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 250 degrees for 3 hours. May be served over rice or noodles. Can be made ahead of time. Do not uncover at any time. Makes 6-8 servings. |
