EASY MUSTARD SAUCE 
This mustard sauce is great for meats, poultry and seafood. It is very versatile.

3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 pats butter
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise (Hellmann's or Best Foods)

On a low heat sauté garlic in olive oil until semi soft.

Add remaining ingredients starting with the butter. then the mayonnaise, then the mustard.

Bring to a low boil while stirring the whole time.

Allow to cool before using.
