PARMESAN PATTIES 
1 med. onion, sliced
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt

PATTIES:

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine onion and butter in small glass dish. Microwave (high), uncovered, 4-5 minutes or until onion is tender, stirring once. Add sour cream and seasoned salt; set aside. Combine ingredients for patties. Mix well. Shape into 6 patties. Place on meat rack or glass dish. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave (high) 6-7 minutes or until desired doneness. Top each with some of the onion mixture.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
