BAMBINOS 
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 lb. cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
1/8 lb. salami or pepperoni

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine tomato paste, garlic salt, and oregano. Cut cheese and salami into tiny cubes. Spoon small amounts of tomato mixture on melba or cracker rounds. Top with cheese and meat cubes. Sprinkle with oregano. Bake 3-5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve hot. Enough for 5-6 dozen canapes.
