1 lb. hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 egg
Salt and pepper
Diced onion (optional)
1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs
4 servings instant potatoes, cooked
8 oz. American cheese

Mix hamburger, 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup, egg, onion, bread crumbs, and salt and pepper. Pat in 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees approximately 30 minutes. Drain off grease. Add 4 servings instant potatoes (cooked), 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup, and American cheese. Cook until cheese is melted.
