KITCHEN CREW HAMBURGER PIE | |
1 c. Bisquick 1 tsp. salt 2 eggs 1/4 c. milk 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 lb. hamburger 2 tbsp. Bisquick 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Stir the 1 cup of Bisquick and milk into soft dough. Smooth the dough into a ball. Roll dough 2 inches larger than inverted pie pan. Ease into pan and fork edge. Cook hamburger, onion, salt and pepper. Stir in Worcestershire and 2 tablespoons Bisquick. Spoon into pie crust. Beat eggs slightly; mix in cheese. Pour over meat. Cover edge with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove the foil for the last 5 minutes of cooking time. Havelock, N.C. |
