2 egg whites 2 c. sugar 6 tbsp. cold water Mix together and cook in double boiler for 7 minutes, beating constantly. Remove from stove and add 16 quartered marshmallows or 64 miniature marshmallows. Continue beating until smooth. Spread between layers and outside of cake with generous sprinkling of coconut. |
