NEVER FAIL CHIFFON PIE 
1 (8 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello (lime, raspberry, etc.)
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sugar
Juice of 1 orange
Juice of 2 lemons
Grated rind of orange & lemons

Put evaporated milk in freezer several hours before using. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add sugar. When sugar is dissolved add juices and rind. Let set until starts to thicken. Beat Jello and fold into milk. Pour into 2 baked pie shells. Sprinkle top with graham cracker crumbs.
