ORANGE CHIFFON PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. orange juice
2 eggs (well beaten)
1 pkg. orange Jello
1 can evaporated milk
2 graham cracker shells

Bring sugar, orange juice, eggs and Jello to boil. Set off burner and allow to cool completely. Whip milk and fold into mixture. (This does not whip like cream, but needs to be whipped until as thick and foamy as possible.) Pour into graham cracker shells.
