AMY'S CHICKEN & DUMPLINGS 
3 - 3 1/2 lb. chicken fryer (serves 2) or add 2 breasts (serves 4)
3 Martha White Bix Mix (serves 4)
1 (13 3/4 oz.) can College Inn chicken broth
1 (13 3/4 oz.) can of water

Put about 2 inches of water in covered Dutch oven, salt and pepper, chicken; boil chicken for 1 hour or more (until leg is very tender). Put chicken in oven at 300 degrees to keep warm.

For dumplings, follow directions on three packages and add water (not milk) to each package. Roll out on waxed paper with flour; cut with pizza cutter into 2 inch squares. Pour in chicken broth and water into Dutch oven. Boil hard and add dumplings quick. Boil dumplings for 20-30 minutes.
