DISHPAN COOKIES 
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs

Combine above ingredients. Stir in:

2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. minute oats
2 c. coconut
4 c. cereal (any kind except sweetened, I use Rice Krispies)
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts (opt.)
1 c. raisins (opt.)

Mix in large bowl or dishpan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes in 350 degree oven for soft or 10 to 12 minutes in 375 degree oven for crisp. Dough is stiff. May need to form with hands because of oil. Freezes well. Keeps well. Makes 88 cookies.
