RHUBARB - NUT BREAD 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 egg
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. rhubarb, chopped
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour two 9 x 5 inch pans. Beat brown sugar, oil, and egg in medium size bowl. Add next 6 ingredients and mix at low speed. Fold in rhubarb and nuts. Spread evenly in pans. Blend topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter. Bake for 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool before removing from pans.
