RHUBARB BREAD 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. rhubarb

TOPPING:

1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. cinnamon
Nuts (opt.)

Mix all ingredients. Put dough into two greased loaf pans. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of dough in pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. NOTE: Will freeze.
