GARLIC RICE 
1/3 c. finely chopped green onions
1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper
3 lg. garlic, minced
Vegetable cooking spray
3 1/4 c. water
1 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules
1 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. uncooked rice

Cook green onions, red peppers and garlic in medium saucepan coated with cooking spray 3 minutes or until tender. Add water, bouillon and salt; bring to boil. Stir in rice. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
