FRUIT SALAD 
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding (you may use sugar-free)
1 lg. can pineapple chunks
1 can mandarin oranges
1 can chunky mixed fruit
3 bananas
3 or 4 tbsp. Tang
Lemon juice

Drain pineapple and mixed fruit saving liquid. Drain oranges. Slice bananas and toss with lemon juice to prevent turning brown. Mix pudding using fruit juices instead of milk. Add Tang. Combine fruits and pudding mixture.
