FRUIT SALAD 
3 cans mixed chunky fruit
1 can pineapple tidbits
1 can mandarin oranges
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 tbsp. instant dry orange juice mix (Tang)

Drain all fruit, saving pineapple juice. You may need to cut some of the chunks into smaller pieces. Mix the pudding mix, the dry orange juice mix and the pineapple juice thoroughly. Add the fruit. Chill. Use alone or as a topping for pound cake slices.
