MEXICAN SALAD 
1 head lettuce, shredded
2-3 tomatoes, diced
1-2 med. onions, diced
1 can pinto beans, uncooked
1 (8-10 oz.) stick Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (15 oz.) pkg. nacho cheese Doritos, crushed
1 pkg. good seasoned Italian dressing made-up

Layer above ingredients in order listed. Pour dressing over salad and refrigerate for 3 hours. Toss salad just before serving.
