CHICKEN STRIPS WITH RICE 
2 c. instant rice (uncooked)
1 lb. skinless, boneless, chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 pkg. (about 1 oz.) regular or reduce calorie HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing or Party dip mix, dry
1 c. milk
2 c. water
1 stick butter, melted (1/2 c.)

In bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle uncooked rice. Top with chicken strips and sprinkle with dry seasoning mix. Pour milk and water on chicken. Drizzle melted butter over all and bake. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
