OVEN POTATO SLICES 
5 unpeeled med. red potatoes (about 2 lb.), cut into 1/4-inch slices
3-4 tbsp. unsalted butter
Salt, pepper
Rosemary (optional)

Melt butter, pour half of it into a shallow baking pan, covering entire bottom. Layer and overlap slightly potatoes in rows. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary. Drizzle remaining butter. Bake at 425 degrees uncovered for 45 minutes.
