CHEESE STRAWS 
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
1 3/4 c. flour
1/4 lb. butter
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika

Grate cheese in food processor and blend until it forms a soft ball. Add remaining ingredients. Roll dough on lightly floured board and cut into 1/8 inch wide strips about 4 inches long. Place on cookie sheet and sprinkle lightly with a mixture of paprika and red pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
