BAKED CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream style corn
1 c. Bisquick
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. milk

Mix and spread 1/2 mixture in greased baking dish (8x8x2 inch). Cover with 4 or 5 green chilies and six ounces Monterey Jack cheese (sliced). Pour remainder of batter on top.

Bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown. I doubled recipe and used only one small can green chilies.
