2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. butter
12 packs Sweet and Low
1 egg
1 c. chopped dates
1 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 c. nuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and Sweet and Low. Add egg, beat in other ingredients. Bake in greased tube pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
