CREAMY CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. sugar

Combine the 3 ingredients and press into the bottom and about 3/4" up the side of a 9" springform pan.

FILLING:

24 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
3 lg. eggs
1/2 c. butter, melted & cooled
2 tsp. Grand Marnier liqueur

Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in the butter and liqueur.

Pour into pan and bake in a 450 degree preheated oven for 15 minutes. Turn off the oven, open the oven door and allow to sit in the oven another 5 minutes. Cool on a rack. Chill thoroughly before serving. Garnish with candied orange peel or freshly grated orange rind. 12 servings.
