GRAHAM CRACKER FANCIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
Whole graham crackers
1/2 c. milk
1 sm. beaten egg
1 c. chopped pecans

Line bottom of 9x13 pan with whole graham crackers. In saucepan melt butter; add sugar, milk, and egg. Cook until boils, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients; boil slowly 5 minutes.

Pour mixture over whole graham crackers. Cover with graham cracker crumbs; pat down. Frost with 2 cups powdered sugar, 1/2 cup butter, and enough orange juice to make spreading consistency. Refrigerate overnight. Cut in squares.
