TAMALE BALLS 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
3/4 c. V-8 juice
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. cumin
1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients and roll into balls. Cook on low heat 45 minutes to 1 hour.

SAUCE:

5 c. V-8 juice
2 tbsp. cumin
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Mix all sauce ingredients together and pour over Tamale Balls. Bake balls about 15 minutes at 350 degrees before putting sauce over them.
